However, if your plan is not listed, we can provide you with a form that you can submit to your insurance company for direct reimbursements. Please note that deductibles and copayments may apply depending on your health plan. We will ensure that you receive a copy of your bill and, once your insurance has paid, we'll provide you with a monthly statement of your account. It generally takes 45 to 60 days to obtain payment from an insurance carrier. You may receive separate bills from physicians involved in your care, and we will gladly share any information received from your insurance company regarding payments and calculations.

- We accept a wide range of health insurance plans to accommodate our patients' needs, including HealthPLUS, Medical Insurance Co., All Insure, Inc., MedCare, ABC Insurance, and Alternative Care.
